2. What’s the reward and how do I check if I've won?
Each winner will get a 1inch x SafePal limited edition hardware wallet, which can be claimed via a redemption link in the QuestHub redeem center to order from the SafePal official website. Please check your QuestHub Redeem Center with the same wallet address used to participate in the giftbox to claim.
3. How can I claim my reward?
Click your exclusive redeem link → Follow the steps below to claim.
Once you have completed the payment (for shipping), you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
4. Can I keep joining the draws if I don't win this time?
Yes. All eligible non-winners will be automatically entered into the next weekly lucky draw. Keep swapping to increase your winning odds. Each wallet address and device may participate and win only once during the campaign.
5. What happens if I win but don't claim the reward within the redemption period?
Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited after 7 days. Forfeited rewards will be re-distributed through a lottery among eligible users on August 21, 2025, at 9:00 AM UTC in the 4th lucky draw.
6. How long will the redeem code be valid for?
Each redeem code expires 7 days after distribution.
7. How long will I receive the hardware wallet after claiming it?
The reward will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after successful redemption.
8. Which regions can the wallets be shipped to?
This campaign is only eligible for the countries listed here. Users with shipping addresses from other countries that are not on the shipping list will not be eligible to receive the reward. Any customs tax will also be borne by the user.
