Anyone using SafePal's assets should only use the logos and screenshots found on our Brand Resource Center site and follow the guidelines outlined below.

Avoid representing the SafePal brand in a way that:
• Implies partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
• Makes the SafePal brand the most distinctive or prominent feature.
• Puts the SafePal brand in a negative context as part of a script or storyline.
Avoid representing the SafePal brand in a way that:
• Keep the letter "S" and "P" in SafePal capitalized and in the same font size and style as the content surrounding it.
• Don't modify, abbreviate or translate the word SafePal to a different language or by using non-English characters, or use any of our logos to replace it.
• Don't combine "Safe" or "Pal" with your own brand.
• Don't combine any part of the SafePal brand with a company name, other trademarks, or generic terms.
The SafePal logo is the primary identifier for the brand, and it must always be displayed predominantly and legibly in every application - digital or print. It is composed of logo mark and logotype. Proper clear space is imparative in order to maintain visual balance and keep the logo proportional in relationship to other componets (i.e. other logos, copy, illustrations, etc). Determine the minimum clear space around the logo by measuring one half of the glyph’s size on all sides.
Sometimes due to production limitations, only shades of one color are available for use. In this case the logo, logotype, and/or symbol must be used with light shades on dark backgrounds or dark shades on light backgrounds. The logotype and/or symbol outline must be clearly distinguishable from the background color. You must honor the SafePal color palette when possible, using black or white if necessary.
Our logo is designed to scale and work in small sizes. We recommend using 32px Vertical as the smallest full logo use case. Anything below that should be scaled down to the mark.
Do not stretch or skew logo.
Do not rotate logo.
Do not use colors that are not on brand.
Do not alter logo in any way.
Avoid using on busy backgrounds.
Avoid placing other marks next to logo.
Avoid using shadows
Avoid low contrast.
SafePal dedicates substantial resources to the development and protection of its intellectual property. In addition to seeking registration of its trademarks and logos around the world, SafePal enforces its rights against people who misuse its trademarks.
SafePal’s trademarks are owned by SafePal and may only be used as provided in these guidelines or with SafePal’s permission. You may not use or register, or otherwise claim rights in any SafePal trademark, including as or as part of any trademark, service mark, company name, trade name, username or domain registration. You should not use or claim rights in any trademark in a way that is confusingly similar to or dilutive of SafePal’s trademarks, including as, or as any part of, a trademark. Do not use SafePal’s trademarks for anything that would be inconsistent with SafePal’s Terms of Service.
We may revoke permission to use SafePal’s trademarks at any time. SafePal reserves the right to withhold approval of content that it considers inconsistent with the SafePal brand.
